These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and referral phone line, operated by Pinellas Park Roofing (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or calling the line, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

02Information on this website

The content on this site is general information about roofing. It is not a diagnosis of your roof and is not professional, legal or insurance advice. Every roof is different, and only an inspection can confirm its condition and the work it needs.

03Our referral service

• Pinellas Park Roofing is a referral service, not a roofing contractor. We connect callers with independent, third-party roofing contractors.
• Contractors are separate businesses. They are solely responsible for their licensing, insurance, inspections, estimates, pricing, workmanship, warranties and conduct.
• Calling is free and you are not obligated to hire any contractor. Whether an inspection or estimate is free is decided by the contractor, so ask them directly.
• We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available for every address, roof type or time frame.

04Your written agreement comes first

Any roofing work is governed by a written contract between you and the contractor you choose, setting out the scope, materials, price, payment terms, schedule, permits and warranty. We are not a party to that contract.

05Insurance claims

Coverage and claim decisions are made only by your insurance company. We do not act as a public adjuster or attorney, and neither we nor the contractors we connect you with can promise any claim outcome. Florida law prohibits contractors from offering to waive or pay your insurance deductible.

06Licensing and permits

Florida requires roofing contractors to hold a valid license. You can verify any contractor through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Make sure permit responsibilities are stated in your written contract with the contractor.

07Images, testimonials and examples

Images on this website are illustrations. They do not show real contractors, crews or completed customer projects. This website does not publish customer reviews. Roofing prices, timelines and results vary from property to property and contractor to contractor.

08Calls, texts and email

When you call, your call may be connected to an independent contractor, who may contact you about your request. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

09Using this website

Please use this website lawfully. Don't submit false information, try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

10Intellectual property

The text, graphics, icons, illustrations and layout of this website belong to Pinellas Park Roofing or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.
